A Taiwan style bread stuffed with home-made salted egg yolk custard. Topped with cheddar cheese.

*Contains wheat, eggs, milk, almonds.

Instruction: The bread will be frozen straight out of our oven to delay starch aging and retain the taste. Please store in the freezer. Allow it to defrost at room temperature prior to reheating. Preheat an oven to 320F and bake for 7-9 mins to your desired crust.
